This is a gorgeous hand knit shawl done in a silk, cotton and wool blend yarn. The pallet of colors go from greens to blues to turquoise to lime. It has been knit in a rib so that if you wanted to wear it as a scarf it wraps easily around the neck. This is a long garment so it is very versatile and a great gift for her.

You can hand wash your shawl in a cold water soak and press it between towels to get the water out, and lay it flat to dry.
