I used gorgeous iolite gemstone beads, hand cut in India, to make these feminine dangle earrings. The iolites are formed into a hoop and joined to two twisted, hand formed silver hoops.

The iolites are pleochroic, which means that they can display different colors from different angles. The colors seen in these stones are blue, purple and grey. 

These dangling hoop earrings measure about 3 inches long.
