We take great pride in our workmanship but realize that sometimes things can go wrong. If for any reason you do not like your purchase, please return it to us with in 10 days of the shipping date and we will be happy to refund you the purchase amount (plus tax, if applicable), minus shipping. The merchandise must be returned to me in sellable condition prior to refunds being issued. Return shipping on damaged/unwanted items is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for the return authorization.
I do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange, you can return the item, and I will refund you. Then you can buy the new item. Please contact me and I will make sure that the item that you want is in stock.
Because all orders are packaged and handled with care by us, we are not responsible for risks of loss or damage to your items in transit after shipment.
