This beautiful necklace is made from two strands of hand faceted iolite gemstones. The clasp is a solid silver hand forged hook and eye, conceived and all hand made by me in my California studio.

The iolites are large, and measure 11 x 18 mm each. The characteristic pleochroism of these iolites is very apparent, meaning that from each angle, they will display a different color. These iolites will display blue, grey and violet. They are also very sparkly.

This necklace can also be opened up and slipped over the head, if you want to wear it long.
